36 On The Quay Restaurant with Rooms has been established in the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth for the past twenty years under the same ownership of Ramon and Karen Farthing.
Recently, to give a new edge to the restaurant, they have gone into a business partnership with Gary and Martina Pearce, who now head the management of the kitchen and restaurant teams, with Karen and Ramon in supporting and guiding roles alongside.

All four individuals have a vast wealth and knowledge of working and gaining accolades within the fine dining side of the industry, extensively in one and two Michelin starred restaurants in the UK and in Europe.
