The Spinnaker Tower are launching a brand new pop-up restaurant experience where you can indulge in a seven course tasting menu 100 metres above sea level, courtesy of celebrity chef, Stephanie Moon.
Sky Dining with Stephanie Moon offers a unique way to experience fine dining, surrounded by the sparkling night-time views. Locally sourced produce will take centre-stage on the menu, bringing the finest produce from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to guests’ tables set amongst the stars.
