Previously to being Redlands Cafe, the shop was a Spar Grocers. The shop was bought by Dave and Fran Bushill and transformed into Redlands Cafe in August 1985. When the Cafe first opened, Fran’s Special Breakfasts were a big seller and still is today. Read more…
