Our top chef creates some of Hampshire’s finest food in The Castle’s kitchen – with ‘home cooked’ and ‘locally sourced’ our two key mantras. The portions are generous and the food filling – try delicious braised lamb shoulder or beef and ale pie if you’re really hungry, or go for a lighter option like the fresh fish and crab.
