Hampshires Farmers’ Markets bring beautiful, fresh local produce to Portsmouth and Southsea every month.

Peruse delicious food and drink from producers hailing from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, including honey, meat, craft beer and artisanal spirits, chocolate and much, much more.

Hampshire Farmers’ Market comes to Palmerston Road, Southsea on the third Sunday of every month.

Join the fun at Victorious Festival this year and enjoy brilliant live music from outstanding acts, free entry to all of the seafront attractions, bustling smugglers markets, a huge real ale festival and plenty of bars, caterers, seating, unique areas to explore and toilets!

Get down to see Southsea Market on the first Saturday and Sunday of every month, featuring an eclectic spectrum of traders and hot and cold street food, which make for an ideal family trip to the Southsea Shopping district.

Head down to the boardwalk on the second Sunday of each month 11pm-5pm until November for the Waterside Sunday Market with a variety of stalls offering a selection of beautiful home furnishings, stylish gifts, homemade crafts and stunning jewellery, as well as delicious cakes and other yummy treats.

Emsworth is once again taking part in British Food Fortnight, they are determined to build on that fantastic success. British Food Fortnight is a wonderful opportunity for Emsworth to showcase its food heritage, but more than that, it’s about the community coming together to celebrate itself through food.

Emsworth Market Day with Hampshire Farmers’ Market – 17 September
The ‘Great British Menu’ College Lunches – 2 local catering colleges take over the Brookfield Hotel and design, prepare and serve a ‘Great British Menu’ – 29 and 30 September
Plus many other markets, tastings, dinners, lunches, exhibitions and displays.

Emsworth Show is a traditional village flower, vegetable and craft show. There are hundreds of exhibits in the marquee, craft stalls, produce stalls, music, arena events, fun activities for children and lots more.

The Horticulture show in the marquee holds competitions for vegetables, plants, arts & crafts, photography and baking. Arena events include; a falconry display, dog agility, vintage cars, dog show and morris and clog dancing.

The 17th September is a special market for Emsworth British Food Fortnight. The 17th December is the Christmas Festive Market 10 – 2 in the South Street car park. Christmas Fair and Santa’s Grotto.

Southsea Castle is the place to be on Friday nights throughout the summer as the Champagne Bar is back for another season.

You can now enjoy a glass of fizz within the beautiful Southsea Castle. Experience the upbeat atmosphere and DJs every Friday throughout the summer from 6pm till late.

The entrance to the bar is free. Please note, the bar will be closed on Friday 5th August, it is opening its doors on Saturday 6th August instead.

The Spinnaker Tower are launching a brand new pop-up restaurant experience where you can indulge in a seven course tasting menu 100 metres above sea level, courtesy of celebrity chef, Stephanie Moon.

Sky Dining with Stephanie Moon offers a unique way to experience fine dining, surrounded by the sparkling night-time views. Locally sourced produce will take centre-stage on the menu, bringing the finest produce from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to guests’ tables set amongst the stars.
